SillyHost provides managed cloud hosting for personal SillyTavern instances, including deployment, uptime management, and infrastructure operations.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use SillyHost for unlawful activity, abuse, malware distribution, denial-of-service behavior, or attempts to access systems or data without authorization.

4. Billing and Subscription

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation applies to future billing periods unless otherwise required by law.

5. Data and Backups

You are responsible for content stored in your hosted instance. While SillyHost may provide backup features, you should maintain your own copies of critical data.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or improve features to maintain security, reliability, and platform quality.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its users. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SillyHost disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
